Drop-Off Procedure at Birmingham Airport

Please call the 24-hour arrival number shown in your booking confirmation email when you are exactly 30 minutes away from Birmingham Airport. Our dispatch team will immediately assign your uniformed chauffeur to be staged in the valet bay.
Follow Signs to "Valet Parking" (Right-Hand Lane)
As you arrive at Birmingham International Airport road network, follow the signs for "Valet Parking". Stay in the right-hand lane and follow it all the way to "Valet Parking customers only".
Barrier Entry Ticket Handover
Pass through the barrier and take your parking ticket. Keep it ready to hand directly to our Chauffeur.
Vehicle Handover to Uniformed Chauffeur
Park your vehicle in our designated parking bays. A uniformed Chauffeur wearing official ID from AK Meet and Greet Birmingham Airport Limited will greet you, receive the barrier ticket and ignition key, and drive your vehicle to our fenced parking facility.
Collection / Return Procedure
Meeting Point: Valet Parking Bays (Same drop-off location)Call After Collecting All Baggage & Clearing Customs
After collecting all luggage and clearing Customs, call the arrival number in your booking confirmation email. Please do not call before clearing customs, as airport authority curbside restrictions apply to waiting vehicles.
Exit Terminal to Valet Parking
As you exit the terminal arrivals hall, follow the overhead airport signage directing you to Valet Parking (the identical place where you originally dropped your vehicle off).
Key Hand-back & Smooth Exit
Our chauffeur will return your keys and vehicle, validate your exit, and assist with any departure questions.
Important Driver Operational Requirements
- Keys Only: Please hand over only the ignition key and any required remote alarm fobs.
- Remove Valuables: Remove all valuables, money, chargers, electronics, and personal belongings from your vehicle.
- 30 Minutes Notice: Failure to provide us 30 minutes notice may result in a delay and additional parking charges.
- Early / Late Drop-Off: Minimum 2–3 hours' notice required.
- Early / Late Return: Minimum 24 hours' notice required.
- Additional Days: £20 per additional calendar day.
